If your Telegram account is deleted or banned by Telegram or by us, your subscription will not be transferred, refunded, or reinstated. This includes situations where:
- You voluntarily delete your Telegram account
- Your Telegram account is banned by Telegram for policy violations
- We ban your account for violating our Terms of Service
- Your account becomes inaccessible for any reason
Your subscription is permanently tied to your original Telegram User ID and cannot be recovered or moved to a new account.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider is considered a serious violation of this policy and will result in:
- Immediate permanent ban from all Girlic services
- Termination of your subscription with no refund
- Blacklisting of your Telegram User ID and payment information
- Potential legal action to recover costs associated with the chargeback

7. Subscription Type
Girlic subscriptions are one-time payments for a specific duration (e.g., monthly, yearly). This means:
- Your payment grants you access for the purchased period only
- Subscriptions do NOT automatically renew
- You will need to manually purchase a new subscription when your current period expires
- No automatic charges will be made to your payment method
- You will receive a notification before your subscription expires
Once your subscription period ends, you will lose access to premium features until you purchase a new subscription.
